Yeah, I'm thinking of changing our usual first week in February time to this week after Labor Day or even the week before as I've heard those crowds are low as well. If I'm taking my son out of school (no opinions, please) then it doesn't really matter when I do it.
ignore the opinions! I take my kids out every year - they are both honors students and the miss 6 days each year to take advantage of FREE dining! I hope the crowds stay nice and low too!
