My husband will be glued to the TV tonight. As a native Georgian, I never really got the "college football" thing, until I met my Buckeye husband. He is such a huge fan. The UGA fans here in GA love to harass him. But seriously, I feel for my sweet guy. It seems that being a Buckeye fan is a little like being addicted to a soap opera - so many ups and downs. But then, the ups are so much fun! Here's hoping for a great year! GO BUCKS!!!

How's the weather?

I won't be at Disney until Tuesday, but here in South Florida it has been much cooler the past few days - I think the high today was around 84 instead of in the 90's.

Keep the pixie dust a flowing bc we are heading there Thursday! I had to get on the boards and see how things are going before the game starts and house is full...GO BUCKS!!!!

We're going down next week and can't wait to go on the rides! Soarin is our favorite so if we can get on 2-3 times in the first day it would be great!

Anyone asking about the weather, I'm in central fla, and today it's been cloudy, and HUMID, it's supposed to be like that tomorrow too, and then back to the afternoon thunderstorms, but those haven't been TOO bad lately, this is the time of year when they start to calm down a bit. So hopefully the rain stops....and the temps go down a few degrees. We had one night last week where at 7pm it was about 83 and breezy and the breeze was almost chilly. It was NICE for this area. So I'm hoping for that tuesday night for MNSSHP!! My sister flies in tomorrow, so the fun starts then, and we head over tuesday morning!! YAAY!! I'm ready to go, just a little more packing, and checking over lists and stuff!! Everyone have a good trip, and if anyone is at the party tuesday night, look for tigger ears and a home made shirt!! That'll be me!

ha ha.. I know.. well, I'm going nuts writing out instructions for my 16 and 14 year olds and my husband! filling out forms, cleaning up the house, writing checks the kids need for school stuff, etc..

Oh.. and i'm having 30 people over today for a end of summer pool party!! I'm gonna be numb when my rear hits that airplane seat!!!

These crowds have been amazingly low. We stayed for AK evening magic hours on Wednesday and we walked on everything with no wait. We just stayed for evening magic hours in Epcot last night and we rode Malestrom and the Mexico ride as walk ons, and at the end of the evening we rode Soarin about 4 times as a walk on. Doesn't get better than that.

Sorry about the Buckeyes, but at least you have low crowds and you are at Disney! Thanks so much for your update! Have a great time!

ill tell everyone something ...ill be taking the week after labor day off and goin to WDW from now on. all week the crowds have been so easy to deal with and very low, especially in the morning. when you can go to epcot and do Soarin 2x, TT and Ms within the first hour of arriving at epcot , thats the time for me.

the weather has been excellent not much rain until yesterday morning until lunch( sat) but after the rain i went back to epcot and did TT and soarin again with little wait.

all of the parks have been just like epcot. yes this trip i was traveling alone but only once did any of the attractions have a single riders line, only TT on my first visit to epcot TT had it but i never saw it again open. it wasnt needed.

the longest wait i had was about 20 minutes for HM but that wasnt really due to crowds. the queue line was set up so you walked straight up to the doors and the ride was acting up a bit. a few short stoppages while i was on it. the second time i rode it after lunch it was a walk on. oh yes MS orange had a wait but that was due to a rather unusual long line. who would have figured the line for MS would be longer the one for Soarin. wow i had to wait two times in 6 days of touring the parks...what a lousy trip LOL!!!!
