At Disney now - AP parking question

We are staying off site for the first time. I have our Magic Bands but forgot our APs. What do I do about parking? Will we have to pay since I forgot our APs? I know I can get new APs at Guest Relations but that's after we park. Any ideas??

I don't know if this still holds true but just showing the MB's has been sufficient for us in the past since only resort guests and AP holders gave them.

That is no longer true since off site guests can now buy Magic Bands. I just bought 6 this morning for my nieces and nephews coming in a couple of weeks.

To the OP I was in line behind someone at guest services who was getting duplicate tickets made to match his bands since he had lost/forgotten his so you might try that.

I also read earlier that people are using their Magic Bands and they are being scanned but I have just been showing them my actual AP.

If you have to pay, when you go to guest services, show your parking receipt for a refund.

You can go to either Guest Relations/Ticket Booth location at DTD and park for free and get new hard-copies of your AP's. (Parking at DTD is kind of a mess due to construction, however.)

Or, pay to park at a theme park lot and save your receipt for a refund when you stop at a Guest Relations/Ticket Booth at that park to get new hard-copies of your AP's.

Last week at the MK lot the parking attendants had RFID readers that read our AP cards. Maybe they can do the same with the magic bands now? Worst case, as others have said, pay and then get the refund in the park.
