hi, are leaving in two weeks and wondered if anyone could tell where i can get the pollen count for orlando from?
i spoke to ducklite about this a few months ago and she said it was quiet low, does anyone know if it still is as ds6 has aspergers and severe asthma, and i would rather be prepared :thumbsup2
thanks tracy

:wave2: With all the rain we've had, pollen counts are still pretty low. Pretty much everything that's going to blossom already has--things like white pine, hickory, are pretty well done with pollen season.

The air is clean, it's easy to get good, deep, cleansing breaths. The only difficulty is on excessively humid days due to the heaviness in the air. Drink tons of fluids and try to stay indoors or in a pool during the danger time zones--2:00pm until 5:0pp pm or so.

Oh--and avoid soda and carbonated beverages during that danger zone time frame--the CO2 in the soda can actually make breathing more difficult on a "bad air" day.

Have a great trip!

Anne
