"Does this ride really simulate weightlessness like you are in space?"
It sure feels like it. It's hard to tell just how long these moments of weightlessness last (it couldn't be more than a few seconds at a time), but it still a very intruiging feeling. It seemed longer than what you experience on the Tower of Terror to me.

"Are they allowing anyone to ride this ride now? We'll be there June 21."
I would not count on it. It is my understanding that next week the ride will be completely shut down while Walt Disney Imagineering gets the final two centrifuges up and running (only two are working right now). What happens after that I really do not know. The CMs repeatedly pointed out that the soft openings of the last few days were a special occasion, and that the ride doesn not actually open until August 15. Your best bet is to keep checking these boards for any news, and once you are there, stop by the ride every few hours to see if anything is happening there. Good luck!

"Did you notice any height / weight (i.e. big and/or tall) issues? Can you compare the capsule seat to any other ride? 6'4" can be an issue"
I am 6'2", and thr Rock n' Rollercoaster harnesses are a bit uncomfortable for me. I didn't have any problems with the ones on Mission: SPACE, and there was plenty of space for my legs as well. There is a mockup of a ride vehicle right at the entrance of the attraction that should give you a better idea of how spacious it is (although you can't climb in there). Next time I catch the attraction open, I'll try to take some pictures.

"I'm a little worried though. Star Tours and Body Wars (and Tea Cups!) make me queazy. But I've got to try this once. I'll do it on an empty stomach I guess. Does something like Dramamine help with these types of rides?"
This ride's motion sickness potential appears to be quite high right now (something between Star Tours and Body Wars maybe), but I didn't experience any problems, and neither did the people I rode with. The acceleration left me a bit lightheaded, but that's pretty much it. Just be sure to keep your head all the way back against the headrest, and focus straight ahead.
Many people have used Dramamine for rides like Star Tours and Body Wars successfully, so I would think it'd work on this one as well.

"You may not know this, but will Mission: Space be open early (during EMH) and late (until 9:00) just like Test Track?"
It is such a major attraction that I would be surprised if it did not stay open until 9 once it officially opens. For the soft opening yesterday, it opened at 4 pm and shut down around 6 pm, but it's possible that it reopened again later.
I hope this helps! Keep the questions coming!
