now this is very serious stuff! first of all write down clearly and concisely the incidents which lead you to believe that you are being bullied, if you can remember dates and times so much the better, write these things down with no emotion, i.e. say X said this to me on thursday at 3:20 pm, when I replied 'XYZ' he/she said 'XXX' study this again then write down a list of reasons reacting to each incident that makes you believe its bullying, i.e. 'I believe the fact that he called me a fat cow and said I wasn't responsible is untrue because' then take this incident log to another party, preferably someone higher than the bully, if you can't do this then take it to the bully and ask for a quiet word. state your incidents and explain that you feel you are being bullied, that this is not acceptable and that you will take this to a solicitor if the behaviour continues.

)yay! my nice girly weekend, Its me, Sara, Karen from work is coming (she's the disney grinch) and a heavily pregnant Ali G(she was Ali B before she got married) we'll go to Harveys my local and I'll chat up every man in sight then after snogging a few we'll move on to the Bakers Arms where I'll chat up a few more! then we'll probably go back to Harveys for a few before going to The White Hart for a lock in unless we decide to go boogeying in which case I'll probably end up avoiding everyone I snogged earlier in the evening and stagger home at three! I won't have a dodgy kebab as our bab shop is really good but I may have a dodgy burger from the van outside the club.

I've never worked with anyone I didn't get on with - I'm pretty laid backI only get hangovers if I drink wine or coloured drinks so I stick to voddie and gin and champers so then I don't suffer. I always try and drink water before going to bed too and that works

Your employer has an obligation to you to deal with this, if its the employer who is doing it then give him or her the chance to make amendments or state you will take this to a tribunal. DO NOT DESTROY THAT INCIDENT LOG!
