ashlee or jessica?

Older dd, age 13 1/2, loves Jessica Simpson, will always sing along when one of her songs is on the radio. hates Ashlee Simpson, changes the station whenever one of her songs comes on the air.

younger dd, age 12, loves Ashlee and can't stand Jessica...

what makes this truly funny is that older dd is very blonde...and has her "blonde moments". younger dd has brown hair...

I wouldn't go so far as to say Ashlee is horrible but she just doesn't have the voice Jessica does. Not by any means of the imagination. Jessica is also naturally gorgeous while Ashlee just isn't.

I feel bad for her because I'm sure shes hearing all of this and its got to hurt. I just think she might need another career.

I like Jessica, but I think Ashlee's song, "Pieces of Me", is pretty catchy.

Does anyone else think that Ashley is just a spoiled brat who has to have everything her older sister does? So transparent. Unfortunately, I do find myself singing along to her song.

I think Ashlee is knocking herself out trying to be the "Anti-Jessica". I don't really care for either of them.

I think jessica has the better voice by far, but Ashlee's song is pretty good. She has a different style which may be trying not to walk in her sister's shoes.

I like both of them. They both have their own unique sounds. I'm 26 married with two children and yes I have both of their CD's. I also have both of their albums loaded onto my mini Ipod. Call me but I like them both. DD(6) likes both of them too.

they are 2 different people and yes ashlee is letting everyone know who she is not, but I did buy ashlee's cd. I do not have jessica's. I love the jes & nick show!
Ashlee does have a great voice, But it is the type of music she does- with an edge. I like it. althou I am into metal....which after getting the CD, it is to -- "sweet" for me to listen to all the time.

I agree with whoe'ver said 'Who told Ashlee she can sing?' i heard her on my sisters CD and thought she was TERRIBLE!
