Hi everyone! Today is all the DD's last day of school! I don't know if I am mentally prepared for the summer! We will be spending alot of time outside, they have some private swimming lessons at a friends house in July, and in August they each have a week of day camp. Other than that, we will just be playing it be ear. :goodvibes

I really hope they don't fight too too much, or at least I can stay calm in the midst of it. :guilty: They really do love eachother and play great together but boy when they fight....:scared:

Anyhoo, have a great day....I will be attending youngest DD's gradutation from preschool today as well. Hmmm I think there will be a little crying today!:sad1: Happy crying!:rolleyes1

Jen :)

Morning ladies! :goodvibes

I hope everyone is doing well! I'm up early planning for my trip. I will be spending most of my time at MK since I really don't plan on going to the other parks and it's not worth to get a park hopper to go on some rides at the other parks for one day. While it is only $57, I don't think I would utilize it. I also plan on doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour. It sounds like it would be tons of fun! I also definitely plan on going to Jellyrolls this time. Does anyone know what time it is open 'til? I wasn't sure if I should leave early from the parks or leave after closing?

The January 2013 schedule is out, but it doesn't have the EMH hours on it. :sad1: I really want to plan when I want to go to Cali Grill and BoG. I might do Jellyrolls that same day as Cali Grill since I plan on having dinner at night to watch Wishes and I can leave for Jellyrolls from there. I feel like I have so much to do when that's really not the case.

Happy Thursday RCers,

Basketlacey,

Lil is a beautiful name-I've always loved it. We didn't know boy/girl before labor...so we had two names picked out. DS turned out to be a boy, so Lillian was out and Vince was in. I feel sure he appreciates our snap decision.
um...yes, good choice! A lot of names can go both ways but I don't know if I have ever met a boy names Lillian! ;)

Poor Mickey and Minnie!!! They are both being suffocated by my ticker now!!!! :scared1:

Time for you to add a new ticker for the April trip so Minnie and Mickey can breathe again!

 My kids have been out for a month already! In fact, I realized just yesterday that we only have 6 weeks left before school starts back. We have two vacations planned during that time - a quick trip to St. Louis for a dance competition and a longer more relaxing trip to Panama City Beach  Plus the kids are spending next week at the lake with their grandparents (is it wrong that I am so excited to have a week at home with DH :cloud9:). So the rest of their summer is going to fly by. I need to get them busy on the summer work they need to have done before school starts back!

It is not wrong at all and I am so incredibly jealous!!:rotfl: Dh and I need some time alone badly and I am sure you and your DH do too. It is very important. DH and I do have a small weekend away planned from Aug 31 - Sept 2 in Nova Scotia for a friends wedding so that is something to look forward too.
THe way I look at it, we take wonderful family vacations with the kids, and it is ok to want to be alone with our DH's sometimes!! :goodvibes I am sure you will have a lovely week together!

Hello to all!

I'm peeking in on you all whilst I recover from my session with Evil Ron Weasley, PT. This guy is going to kill me, I swear.

Almost Friday and everyone's up to stuff! Most excellent. I'll be busy packing for my hubs since he's heading Down Undah for work. We'd have gone with him except it's their wettest month of the year with the coldest temps. We decided if we were going on a trip like that, it'd be when it was crappy weather here (like November - April ) and gorgeous there! Am I crazy or does that make sense?

We are off to N.C. Friday for the 4th week, then back home for a week and off to Wyoming & Idaho for me with my BFF.

Sounds like busy, busy FUN! Enjoy. :goodvibes

JC: Did you manage to nab some Crumbs goodies?! :cheer2:

Dani: How's the lil' one today? Hope she's back to herself today.

That sounds even better with a 'U' in it:thumbsup2. I can't recall if I asked you how your DH is doing? Remember that scare he gave us before your last trip? I hope everything is better now.

I loved that video, Kook! :lmao: I kept picturing someone opening that garage door to see those two bears, could you imagine? :scared1: Thanks for asking about my fainting man. :goodvibes The ol' hubs' ticker is working top-notch and thankfully, no more Scarlet O'Hara incidents since that one last September.

Let's hope you don't have any run ins with Yogi or Boo Boo

Pic-a-nic baskets or trash cans, they seem to go for both! :rotfl:

Course if you really want to or can, you'll can visit beautiful Ohare for a "fly by" RC meet and greet!

O'Hare? I'll save my Janet Raincheck for a meet-up in a nice place! :lmao: (Admittedly, it's snazzier than Midway though. :thumbsup2 )

Ooooh, something new to read! popcorn::

The forecast is for heat today. If I can get all my work done, I'm heading to the pool.

Are you melting over there, too? We hit 92 at 9:30 this morning.

I kept thinking the kids here got out earlier than I remember getting out of school. My kiddo's preschool graduation was at the beginning of June. Hope you have lots of tissues! At ours, my hubs just HAD to point out one of the teacher who happened to be bawling ... which then made ME bawl. Grrr. Be strong, momma! Also, some :goodvibes headed your mom's way.

MAGIC We have a 4:45 Dinner @ Tutto on Dec 1. When are you going? I made a Le Cellier for NPH too but not sure about that yet as Bob doesn't care for him too much. Our time there is 12:45 on Nov 29. Are we Crossing paths?
We are!!! I think NPH would be a great reader for the CP, but yes, he isn't for everybody's taste. We are Le Cellier 11:55am on Nov 29, and I also have a Whoopi that may not come to pass depending on when my NJ cousin takes his cruise.

I've been a little distracted lately and haven't even thought much about the August trip. I don't know if that's good or bad, but it means the reservation is still Kidani/WL.
Funny, I know what you mean. I haven't even thought of my August trip in weeks. :upsidedow

:rotfl: Oh, those Cubans - not the ones who rolled too tightly;). Your mentioning that episode made me think of "MOOPS!" and "There's nothing finer than being in your diner..."

Cabin in NC... Wyoming and Idaho?! You know the way to the heart of a gal who loves WL. Speaking of bears (it's an ongoing topic here), did you see the clip posted a couple of days ago of the two black bears having a "disagreement" in a front yard in Longwood? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASULyYMs9RI
Nice! ..."It's the Moors you imbecile, not MOOPS!" Moop IS one of my favorite words, ya know. ;) :thumbsup2 My longtime friend Tracy lived in Longwood for several years. It is the perfect setting for bears with all the parks and water.

Bears??? Who on here talks about bear encounters???? :confused3 We are heading back up there on Sunday so maybe I'll have another meet and greet! :scared1:
:rotfl: My first bear encounter was over a 4th of July week at our cabin -- a mama and her single cub. There's been several encounters since then, and I am sooo hoping for another chance to view these wonderful creatures this coming week.

Anddddd there it is, lol. The TR. I'm glad to be home with my doggies! We have some decisions to make this week and I'm so overwhelmed. I only worked 5 hours today and that was enough, lol. The place I like the most is far away from work--it's a major catch 22. I indulged in Vinylmations, Pins, Grey Goose Slushies, Basin, and I did make a little trip to SSR :cloud9: Thanks for all the support and love!! You girls are just great--and I can't wait to be there for all your trips!! :grouphug:
It is a wonderful time in your life (and the perfect time ;)) to make big exciting changes like this. Thanks for the TR link.

Deena and Magic welcome home!
Thanks. :goodvibes I really like the name Lilly BTW.

Poor Mickey and Minnie!!! They are both being suffocated by my ticker now!!!! :scared1:
LOL. :lmao: Hate when that happens... or do I!!!!

I will be attending youngest DD's gradutation from preschool today as well. Hmmm I think there will be a little crying today!:sad1: Happy crying!:rolleyes1
Those little one graduating are priceless!!! Enjoy!!! :dance3:

You must be having sooo much fun planning. :cool1: The Keys to the Kingdom tour sounds superb. I want to do that very much. Jellyrolls is open late late late, so your Cali, Wishes and Jellyrolls plans sounds like a winner. :)

My little Lil is sick. She's been running a fever off and on for 48 hours. We haven't had one since last night. I'm waiting on a call back from the doctor and I called in sick to take care of her. She was just laying in bed whimpering last night. It was so pathetic and sad.
I hope Lilyana is feeling better today. :hippie:

Hello to all! :goodvibes Jeanette, that is so very very cool. Every ED and every hospital deserves to be staffed with caring, observant and conscientious people like you.
Hi Missoutandabout! Very nicely said about pas130. :thumbsup2

I am going through my Unofficial WDW 2011 Guide and seeing what else there is to do. I don't want to do too much since I only have 5 days and I want to spend a lot of time at the parks so I figure going to Jellyrolls would be fun for doing something outside of the parks. :goodvibes Now if only Disney will release the EMH schedule for January.

Good evening RC family!

Dani, hope Lilly is feeling better. It's tough when little ones are sick

jenny, congrats on the graduation :goodvibes from preschool!

Magic, have a good week off. Enjoy your holiday :cheer2: and safe travels!

Lillian Gracey, sounds like you are having a good time trip planning!

I called WDW today, got Smiley as my CM :) I was trying to add a day or two to the Sept trip. We booked a deluxe BC room, and not surprisingly, since there are only 6 of them we can't stay in the same room. So, we will ponder whether or not to change resorts, just change rooms or just go home as originally planned :confused3

As promised I visited Crumbs yesterday. It's on 53rd and Broadway, right next to the David Letterman show!

I got a photo of the cupcake...it is horrible how they put the calories on the sign, don't you think? These cupcakes are HUGE, so I got a mini vanilla cupcake with sprinkles. The small is almost the size of a normal cupcake, so i wasn't that big of a wimp.

To everyone I missed, :wave2:

Thanks. Ole David Letterman was “the man I would marry if only he knew I was alive” back when I was in my 20s. I loved his wit. Sure would make a NY trip, Letterman taping and Crumbs! Hmmm... Your adding on BC Deluxe different room isn't too bad as long as it nearby. You can do most most of your pre-WDW-exit organizing when you switch rooms, then just a little light final packing will be needed on exit day. I'd do that switcheroo. :)

JC: Oh wooooow. That cupcake ... :thanks: for getting that picture. Just confirms that I need one of those. :worship: I totally agree on the calorie count; what a horrible thing to advertise! I'll have to pretend they are calorie-free when I get one.

I'd better go now before my drool short-circuits the keyboard. :lmao:

J.C. Thanks for the picture!! That looks delish!!! Good luck with your decision to add more days!!

DBF bought me this Disneyland Vinyl Soundtrack of The Enchanted Tiki Room and The Adventurous Jungle Cruise! He had me believing that he bought me something edible. He is such a dork.

This is what it looks like:

I love buying Disney Vinyls for like $1 or less at flea markets and Good Will/Salvation Army. I found a Totally Minnie Vinyl at the Flea Market for $1. I love Totally Minnie. :lovestruc

Hi guys. I am outta here for a week or so. I hope you all have a fun 4th! :hippie:

Have a great 4th of July!!! I've got another 1/2 hour here at work and then my baby girls and I will be on a plane down to MD until Tuesday. :goodvibes

Only 16 more days to go till Disney!!!! :dance3:
