I was at ASmusic...then (I will reveal change #1) CR CL ...then....2 more changes...I changed again this morning

Seriously .... you are changing faster than Janet can do a recap!!! Maybe she can do 2 recaps .... one just for your changes and another one for the rest of us!!! Bet you have more changes than the rest of us together!

Poor janet This trip I only changed hmmm...Pop, ASMu, CR, oh my bad~ 3 more changes..so it's 4 changes since last week I think

Checking in! My one day off and it's pouring. I slept in until 12. I'm gonna hangout in the room till it lets up a bit. I found a couple places I liked, just need to go home and talk to DH. Movies is great except the Downtown Disney bus.

Friday I woke up and my right eye hurt so bad. After I took my contact out and calmed it down... I had a corneal ulcer. I called my eye doctor at home and the front desk said he'd call me back. I couldn't see out of it, and it was a watering mess. Finally he called 4 hours later and I turned into the first Walgreens I saw. He called me in Cipro drops. I was in a rough part of town and I was at the pharmacy for 2 hours. The drops have helped, but I didn't bring my RX sunglasses with me, and regular glasses in the rain don't really work.

That's about all the excitement. Congrats on the new job Jeanette!

I'm gonna go find something to do!

Good Morning RC'ers!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend.
I still haven't gotten around to packing for MD, for which we leave in 4 days!!

The weekend was too busy...I'll have to do it tonight. DH is working late today....he's meeting with the big boss today....so nervous.

I swear, lately, he's become "the most interesting man alive", between his activities today...and tomorrow is the Red Sox game he's being honored at...
I'm very proud of him. He's come along way from the 16 yr old kid I started dating 17 years ago.

And I'm happy to just stand back and watch it all unfold. Back then, I was the boisterous, outgoing one...class president, state champion athlete, etc...well, that was my peak I suppose. But I'm more than happy to be his "little wife" nowadays.

Wow, that was a lot of introspection for so early in the a.m.

Gotta get DD8 ready for basketball camp...DFIL will be here soon to pick her up and bring her, then off to work for me.

Hi Sheila!!!

Yes, tomorrow he will be honored as a "hometown hero". The girls and I will be present but he gets to stand on top of the Red Sox dugout for all of Fenway Park to see!!! I'm so excited for him, it really couldn't have happened to a bigger Sox fan.

Today is my baby's moving on ceremony. I am so proud of him. I can't believe he is going into third grade. I feel like just yesterday I was bringing him to his first day of pre-k and crying outside the school. Where did the last 4 years go?!

Update: Just heard that Lake Buena Vista is under a tornado watch until 2 p.m. and TS Debby is hitting there full force right now (yesterday too). Love, prayer and positive thoughts to all our RCers in the World right now.

Sorry I haven't been around much...just a few tough days here, but will catch up today.

Pas - congrats on the new job!! (and changes...I have an inside line )

Dani - congrats on the weight loss and big hugs - nothing like a little one moving up. 3rd grade is the last year I still think of them as innocents. Really 4th graders are too, but when I was a grammar school librarian, they were still so sweet and innocent in the 3rd grade. I just loved seeing the kinds come back each year having moved up a grade. They would be so excited to come to the library with the new teacher. SO CUTE!! Miss those days.

GG - so glad you are safe! An earthquake on the west cost and Tropical Storm Debby bashing all across mid and upper FL - my friends at Disney right now have had quite a couple of days.

Magic - hope you are safe! It is rare I see your area on the weather so much!

Sheila - you've had a lot of bad storms too - be safe!

JC ~ how wonderful to have your DD so close. I miss being able to hop Amtrak from Boston down to the City for a matinee. Those were the days. Hope this is a good week for you. gentle

Deena ~ glad you were able to get to a pharmacy. I had that happen when on vacation in CA - thank goodness I had dark sunglasses. Did not have a Dr to call from home, so almost went to the ER because my eye would slam shut with the slightest light...we were leaving in day so went right to Mass Eye & Ear when we got home. Lots of drops, but all was well pretty quick. Hope the eye feels much better today. Safe travels.

Oh, no..will finish more hellos later...must run!

sjs, the weather has actually gotten at bit better in NJ. After lots of thundershowers the sun is trying to come out, even temporarily. I need to get to the grocery store...I think this is my opportunity when I finish this post!

Dani, they grow so fast. It is both sad and wonderful. Sad our babies are gone, but so exciting to see they develop into wonderful people. Yay for the weight loss...I am still sending you a picture of a Crumbs cupcake if I get one on Wed...no calories to look!

Minnie & Nana, hope everything is okay. It's been a tough month for a lot of our RC family.

MouseMommy, have fun tonight, you must be so proud. HOWEVER, those of us in Yankee territory have a bit of a tough time with anything having to do with the RED SOX! (I believe the reverse is true also )

My vote would be the Christmas Surprise NYE trip. I have always wanted to go at that time, such a fantastic start to a New Year!
