Dani, I know what you are saying about no cupcakes in CL at the Poly. I love the fact they have them at SL! At the BC they put them out in CL every third day...not that I keep track

I am home today, making stew and dumplings for my British Father-in-law for supper hubby's off to the airport topic his parents up, InLaws are here until July 1st. We have had our ups and downs, but thankfulklly for the most part, we get along!

My DS16 is off to DAY 2 of his new job at our little neighborhood supermarket called NO FRILLS. I'm happy he's found a job, hopefully it'll keep him busy this summer and not haning all over bickering and making up with his DGF!

Gotta run for now, talk to y'all soon, hopefully with my sanity intact!

Beautiful ring! I think considering an aquamarine or blue topaz is a beautiful idea.

I'm thinking the middle should be a blue topaz and the two on the sides should be aquamarine, but I think I'm going to go with just blue topaz. I still need to figure out my ring size.

Isn't it? I need it! It's the ring I want and every other ring I looked at paled in comparison. There were a couple of others that I liked, but this one was my absolute favorite!


After looking at AoA pictures last night, I am going to stay there! My mom asked how much rooms were for the FN Suite and she didn't like the sound of the price. She sounded like she wanted to stay there because she loves that movie, but the price is a huge factor. Especially since we are a family of 6. I can't wait for January! I just need to figure out dates so I can finally book the room and at least make an ADR for BOG and Cali Grill.

I have dates! My mom said I can only go for 5 days, which is plenty for me since I'll be going solo. The dates I am choosing between are the 6th-10th and the 7th-11th. It all depends on if I want to leave for WDW on a Sunday or Monday. I'm thinking Monday because the resort will be cheaper because it's a weekday. I am so excited! Now I have to pick a day for my two ADRs! My mom doesn't want to book 'til halfway through the semester to make sure I am doing well, but I'll secretly book a room only at AoA once online reservations are available just so I for sure get a room there. I know January is a slow time, but I can't take any risks!

Good Saturday morning! I hope everyone is well and didn't have nightmares about giant cupcakes chasing after them last night...

I thought I would try and post some pictures. Here are my dds at a dance competition. They were dancing in the studio's production of Mary Poppins. This was the "Jolly Holiday" part.

Those photos set off the too cute alarm and the authorities are on their way! Precious!

Reporting from All Star Movies LOL!!! Yep... the offsite place was gross and I made a Same Day change!! They are refunding me, and I got an AP discount here! I'm in a mighty ducks room and it's great!! I feel better here! Looked at 3 places today. 2 were really nice -- 1 was not lol. Full day of looking tomorrow!! Bye for now!

You are too funny and predictable. So glad you got a refund and are in your happy place. Have you signed a lease yet or stopped by your new workplace? I hope you get an apt. with an AP discount

Wish I had time to catch up, but trying to get to the lounge for breakfast then Blizzard Beach. Here are a couple of pics from our balcony! Love this location!!! Have seen so many animals...nothing like waking up to a giraffe and gazelle! AKL is great!!!!!

DH is coming in tonight...maybe in time for dinner at Jikos.

Did DH make it to Jikos? I've never eaten there so I'm looking forward to your review. Early morning at AKL is so peaceful and amazing, isn't it? Are the kids getting up early, too to watch the animals?

Yes, hubster is retired military-AF. We're still moving around, relocated to Michigan last year. Guess old habits die hard. He really likes his new job, and we are loving the pretty surroundings.

That's interesting, my DH is retired from the USAF, too, but never stopped working for the DoD - 25 years now. I would love to still be moving around, too, but his occupation requires that he stay in the DC area - for now. How much longer might you be in MI? Where would you like to live next?

Next week when I am in NYC I am stopping at Crumbs. Maybe I can get a picture or two of their creations!

I'm getting ready to wake up the family so we can head out to DD8's softball tournament, and then softball season is OVER!!!!.

After the tournament, we are going to see Brave!!!! I'm so excited we have found time to fit it in to our schedule, as the girls really wanted to see it before we leave for Disney, and the 22 days between here and now are JAM-PACKED!

Good Morning ladies!

I'm reporting from the car. We are on our way to St. Louis. I'll be coming back tomorrow because I have work on Monday, but my mom and sister are staying 'til the 30th or July 1st. I'm coming down for my cousin's baby shower. My mom is on vacation this week and plans on going to the USA Olympic Swimming Trials next weekend. She loves swimming so she is pretty excited. One of my cousins and her family live out in Kansas City and since my mom will be out that way to visit her, she'll be close enough to go to the trials.

Good to hear! I've been vaguely looking at the Seussland and what's there at WWoHP and wondering if we do these places mainly if that'll be enough to enjoy in one day. Whatcha think? I'm kinda thinking we'll try and keep it more "low key" since it'll be with my parents -- and I'm demanding they both rent ECVs after the 'Queen Grouch from the Banks of the Styx' incident last year.

I think the leiure IoA pln will be great...and one momma to another...just got rid of all my diapers, so we are in the same boat

Side note- it feels SO good to be PIF and now just have to wait or my Mickey mail. Now just have to buy our tickets and wait for the next 43 days to pass.

Yes KOOK, I am such a traveler Actually, my youngest DD works and lives in NYC and has her own apartment. This means I can take the train in, hop the subway and be a her apt in 1 1/2 hours door to door. I am going to a matinee on Wednesday, so I get to her apt, rest, go to the matinee and then go right home The thing with this everyother week chemo, it really helps to have something fun planned on my week off. Makes the whole thing more bearable...especially since I can absolutely not be in the sun AND, I am definitely going to get a picture of those cupcakes

pas, congratulations on the job! Less hours, more money, perfect! I can understand your DH worrying, it's his job, however it comes from a place of love. AND, now it's time for sleep!

Our flight is late, arriving 1150pm on the 9th, but I will wake up in Disney, maybe even will hit rope drop ...never accomplished that
