Artist's Palette @ SSR ?s

My family and cousins will be staying at SSR this summer on the QSDP so I have a couple questions about Artist's Palette.

1. What time do they open? We're thinking about using snack credits for breakfast, assuming it opens in time. We want to be at the parks early.

2. What are the best things to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner?

3. What do they have in the "Grab n go" section of the place? And can you use snack credits for little things there?

I think that they opend at 7 . I ate there a couple of times, just for breakfast though and paid out of pocket. I don't like to use my dining credits for breakfast, since that tends to be the least expensive meal of the day for us.

I actually started to bring cereal and poptarts with us when we stay at dvd property, and just buy the milk there. We usually do send someone on the coffee run every morning.

We also eat breakfast in the room. We were not impressed with the selection at Artist's Palette and combined with the walk to get there, we find it easier to just bring our own breakfast food and coffee and sit on our balcony to enjoy it.

For lunch/dinner there we have enjoyed the roast beef and bleu wrap, the turkey and brie, the artichoke flatbread. We usually only eat there once each vacation.

I don't think you can use snack credits for a CS meal which is what a breakfast would be there. Maybe you could get a piece of fruit or something for a snack credit. They have great breakfast flatbreads that we enjoy.

Grab & Go is limited to what you find in the far right dairy case: limited sandwiches, yogurt, & deserts.

Artist's Palette has really good cooked breakfast selections, but is far from fast. And it is open early to be able to do "rope drop".
