When DH and I were in WDW a couple weeks ago he saw a print in Art of Disney he really liked. I checked shopdisney.com and they have something similar but not the exact one.

Does anyone know if I can purchase an item over the phone and have it shipped here?

We have several times. However, our last purchase was right before Covid hit, so unsure if it’s still available. They check inventory at multiple locations. Disneyland and WDW Merchandise GS 877-560-6477

I have ordered merchandise from Art of Disney in the past, as well as other places in the park(s). However, WDW Merchandise has been less than helpful the last couple times I called and tried to order something. Everything was a No.

Yes, I just called merchandise guest services and the automated message said they aren't doing any phone orders at this time.

Sorry this happened. I was hoping you'd have a different experience. I haven't been able to order from WDW Merchandise in a long time...even before Covid. Anything I was searching for or asking about, I was told "that is exclusive park merchandise and can only be purchased in the park(s)." Sad to say, I don't think this is an option any more.

I recommend trying to connect with a fellow DISer with a trip soon and seeif you can work something out. I'd probably go over to the Parks boards to find some folks though. So many of us always have a trip planned. I will be at Disneyland next weekend, though I don't know that they have the same store. I think they have a smaller version maybe. Anyway, good luck!
