I am so excited!!!! We changed our resort to AofA and it is my absolute favorite!!! We stayed in the Little Mermaid rooms when it first opened during Thanksgiving, and I had a plan for each trip (since all the values are the same inside pretty much). But does anyone have close-up pics of what the storage in the closet-type thing has and the dresser thing?

Is the fridge the same size here as the standard rooms? I am assuming I will need to bring things for the kitchen (dish soap, rags/towels??) or does Disney supply that?

We are staying in the Little Nemo rooms. I would love to see pics and especially pics if you decorated your window or door!!!

You might want to look at one of the room tour videos on youtube, such as this one
it should answer some of your questions. The fridge is the same as all other rooms (small hotel size fridge). I don't recall there being any dish soap or rags there. It's a pretty small kitchen, so other than warming something in the microwave you would not be able to do much cooking.

If I remember correctly, there was a small bottle of liquid dish soap, kind of like they put out in the DVC studios, and I know there was a roll of paper towels. I had brought a glass mug from home to make tea in each morning, and I remember washing the mug. There were also paper plates and plastic forks, spoons, etc. When I stay in a unit with a kitchenette, I usually bring a box of large Ziploc baggies, a couple bag clips, and some extra paper plates and plastic silverware, but I haven't had to pack dish soap or towels.

There are two "closet type things" - one behind the door in the bedroom and one in the living room area. The drawer underneath the one in the living room had linens and pillows for the pull out bed. There were drawers under the TVs in both rooms for clothes, and hanging racks in both areas, and a shelf above the hanging rack. The room safe is in the wall behind where your clothes would hang in the bedroom. There are no doors on the hanging areas (although the one in the bedroom is behind the bedroom door when it is open) so everything is out in full view. The hanging rods weren't very wide - maybe 2 1/2 feet to 3 feet. I know I filled the one in the living room completely and had a few items hanging in the bedroom (but I didn't use many of the drawers).

The fridge is an under-counter fridge (a little larger than the dorm size fridge in regular hotel rooms).

Thanks, that answered my questions! DS was still using bottles trip before last and last trip he was using tons of sippy cups still (plus our resort mugs) and trying to wash those small amount of dishes at the bathroom sink (where people brush their teeth and wash their hands after the restroom) drove me a bit insane! Lol So this will be a step up from that! Ha! Thanks!!!
