Art of Animation Sept 2012 Who's going to AoA?

Doing a split stay. Checking in Sept. 5th to hopefully the Finding Nemo Suites! SO looking forward to it, and getting in shape now for all the walking ahead!

Hi, we are checking into LM on 9/15/12!!

Originally we had reserved a LK suite for me, DH, DS, MIL and my mom but decided 2 rooms would would out better. It will be nice to have 4 real beds and 2 refrigerators.

Is anyone going to do online check-in? I have requested connecting rooms (I know it is not guaranteed) and wondering if online check-in might help us to get that request granted. I think I read somewhere that if you do online check-in that tells the room assigners that you are definately coming and then your room is assigned before people that did not use online check-in.

We will be attending the 9/18/12 MNSSHP! Can't wait - it is always a blast!

Whether that is true or not, I cannot say, but I know that by arriving early in the day we have always had our requests met. We always do online check-in, but have arrived at the counter and they have then reassigned our rooms, because I asked them to. Twice at POP, I had pre-requested the Mogli building facing the lake (by number, which I don't recall right now) and they put us in the 50's and 90's. When I asked about switching, they looked through and found a room available both times in the area we had requested. I am not naive, I know someone else was bumped, but that someone else wasn't there yet. We were also willing to wait until clean rooms became available, but that was never an issue. A request is a request is a request and it has been my experience that they do their best to make guests happy. pixie dust

MNSSHP 9/25 and 9/28

We'll be at MNSSHP on the 21st. I am Ursula (as always), but this year I am bringing Flotsam and Jetsam and adding lights, DD's are going as Kermit and Miss Piggy and our friend is Pinocchio. Not a group costume, but oh well. I tried to talk everyone into going as a BTG complete with flag, matching yellow tees and chant, but got over ruled. Go figure.

According to allears, early check in time is 8 AM. Official check in time is 3 PM. You will want to book a room somewhere for the night of your arrival unless you plan on sleeping in the lobby.

I am surprising my family with 2 extra days at the beginning of our CSR trip with 2 days in a Little Mermaid room.

We are staying September 15-17. Does anyone have any thoughts about what check-in will be like on that day, since it is the first day the section is open?
