Art Bus system yes or no?

I need some feedback on the ART Anaheim bus system.. This is a very confusing system to figure out. We have watched Youtube done our research and we are still up in the air. I know there is an Art Stop at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South that is at the number 4 Harbor Blvd route. What we can't figure out is this. A. Is there an actual app? Some YouTuber's say there is one, we can't find it. B. We see 1st thing and evening there is plenty of buses but it sounds like mid day there isn't many buses running and they combine routes correct? C. We need to get to Garden Walk to explore and we have a California Kitchen gift card, The Outlets at Orange can we get to these 2 places? I know we have to get to the main hub at Disneyland and then catch another bus to get to these places correct? I just don't want to pay the money and then we found out that it was a joke to use this system. We are going in March. Thanks for any feedback.
