I am at my 7 month mark today and all systems are down?? How did I not know about this. So frustrated and I better be able to call it in at 9!

From facebook (on 4/26/2013):

Member Services is scheduled to close from 7:30pm ET on April 29 until 2pm on April 30 to accommodate updates to their reservation system. Please note that the Member Online Booking tool at DVCMember.com also will be unavailable from 2am-2pm on April 30.

NOTE: All Disney Reservation Systems are affected by the outage.

Yep, now I know that one too. How did I not know about this in advance?? I usually never let the rest of my life get in the way of my Disney knowledge! Oh well, thank goodness I don't have anywhere to go today and I can keep checking.

They give leniency when the system's down. We had reservations for a morning breakfast that we spent an entire day trying to cancel, systems were down, so they didn't charge a fee for us missing it. Whew!

I am not real happy about this. Now I am up against 2 days worth of people at their 7 month mark. And those days are the Sat and Sun after Thanksgiving

Oh well, can't do anything about but cross my fingers and hope it is up in the morning!

Decided to try the DVC site one more time as I was leaving from work. It was up and I was able to snag 11/30 at BCV to add to my trip. Now staying 11/30 through 12/6 at BCV Can't wait to go to MVMCP and see all the Christmas decorations.

So glad it worked out! You are right, now for the real planning. Time to get another ticker going now that I have all my dates. Just finished the ADR's for my Food and Wine trip in October with my DD, and my DH is getting his favorite restaurant list together for the December trip. First time at MVMCP and can't wait.
