Arriving Sunday, first trip in over a decade

My family is arriving Sunday and doing one park a day next week. We are staying at Riviera Resort. How long should I allocate for travel each morning? We are planning on doing early entry every day except for Animal Kingdom. We want to early entry rope drop Remy's (arriving via Skyline at IG), Space Mountain, and Millenium Falcon. I was thinking of leaving our room around 60 minutes before early entry for MK and 45 minutes for Epcot and HS. Is that enough time or should I give more? Early entry is 8:30am for all three parks the days we are going next week.

You want to be at the bus stop 60 minutes early for MK, not just leaving your room. No experience with Skyliner, so I can’t comment on your other two days.

Rule of thumb when wanting to be at a park for ETPE and towards the front of the crowds is to arrive at your resort transportation 90 mins before ETPE begins.

Getting to the parks early makes all the difference in the world. Be at the bus stop at least an hour before park opening. Often the first buses of the day arrive earlier than expected.

Yeah, I hate to admit it, but if you want the first bus, this is true. There’s usually only me, so I’m typically okay getting the second bus to a park, and I typically aim for 1:10-1:15 to be at the bus stop if I want the front of the crowd. If you aren’t planning to go to the top ride in the park, you can do great just being in the middle of early entry crowd. It can be a lot of hurry up and wait first thing which some folks don’t like. But it is sweet if you can whip through a ton of stuff before 11 am at MK if you have your strategy planned.
