Arriving late at MCO. Any place to eat?

Our flight arrives at MCO at 11:30p.m. We are spending that night at the Hyatt before heading to the Beach Club the next morning. Does anybody know if there will be any place open to grab a quick bite to eat? We will probably be starved!

PS...McCoy's in the Hyatt is open until 11pm with "a limited late night menu available 11 to 12:30am."

Thanks! That's some great information. It doesn't seem to list the hours for the food court places, though. Does anybody know how late those are open?
