Arrival Day and Magical Express

Working on the plan for our arrival day and need some guidance from the experts

We have an early flight and are scheduled to land at MCO around 8am. We are staying at AKL and plan on taking ME to the resort. Current plan is to check in, grab lunch at AKL around 11am, then head to MK with the first Fastpass around 1pm.

Assuming the flight lands on time, does this seem realistic? We've only been to WDW one other time and we didn't fly so ME will be a new to us!
