Does Arribas Tiara Foundry in Magic Kingdom require a reservation to build a tiara? My wife is very excited about making one.

No reservations are required to make one of the 3 types of tiaras that are $59 + tax.

The Crystal Pumpkin Carriage is $125 +tax. No reservations are listed at this time but this offering has only been available for a couple of days.

You get to pick the color of the stem, and a color for the center of the Pumpkin. You can then watch as your custom carriage is created by a Glass Crafts person. Please note that you will need to return for your Carriage as it takes up to 12 hours to cool or you may have it shipped for you.
