Ariving late at OKW

We will be getting very late (after midnight) to OKW. Will it do any good to make a general room request, or do you think it would be a waste of time given the time we are getting in?

We exchanged in via II. What number woiuld we call for a room request? I would much rather be up by the main pool.

Call DVC Member Services at +1 (800) *** **** with your reservation number. There's no harm in asking.

In your exchange confirmations, there should be a phone number for member services. Call them and make a request. However, the main pool area at OKW is a guaranteed booking category now, buildings 11 to 14 and 23 to 26 are included, and I don't know if inbound II can confirm that location.

We do not allow the toll free number to DVC Member Services to be posted on the boards, but the toll number is 407-566-3800.

On our last trip we got in at 1:30 am on New Years Eve (due to flight delays). We had made requests on our reservation to be close to Hospitality House (where the main pool is). I had called ahead about our late arrivals, so when we checked in we were given an available studio and then moved the next day to a room that met the requests. So, it certainly doesn't hurt to ask.

Before guaranteed booking, but at a VERY busy time (even for OKW ). The desk person even felt bad for us (we were coming in about 11 hours after our original arrival time) and reimursed our first night of points (one of a few instances of CM pixe dust that trip ).
