Ariel at PSB in Epcot?

What are the chances of seeing Ariel at PSB for breakfast? We haven't been there in so long I don't remember if she was there 2 years ago.

Apparently ( per other posters)she has been there as of late for breakfast.But in the past she was at lunch and dinner only.There is no guarantee that she will be there for breakfast
