well, we have the worst neighbors at the Fort I think. They have their stereo on 24/7. Went to bed listening to it. Was on all night. Woke up to it this morning. I love the birds here... all I get to hear is their friggin'
music.

It's a class C.

Driving me crazy...............

Sorry to hear that. Why don't you go over and meet them and then during the conversation ask if they could possibly turn it off for a while to listen to the Disney sounds. That's what I would do.

That would make me crazy! I can't usually fall asleep with music or TV on.

I am packing ear plugs for our school camping trip tomorrow.

why not rat them out to disney. they have "quiet" hours for a reason.

Are you in a pet loop? Sometimes people use music to keep their pets happy when they travel.

Still, it's rude to have it so loud it's disturbing others.

I would drop by and let a CM know this as well. Don't get involved as they have shown they are already rude for just letting it play that loud.

This way they won't know where it came from and won't retaliate and damage or steal your stuff. This is normal at campgrounds.

How about unplugging their electric and cutting the end of the cord off!:rolleyes1 It would take them several hours to find a new end, wire strippers, electrical tape, etc. and that would be a little quiet time!:rotfl2:

Yea, if they are really playing it 24/7 I would just report them to a cast member. I'm big on just minding my own business, but that is crossing the line, if someone was constantly blaring their radio even I would have to say something :P

Oh No!! I agree with going over to the CS and using the house phone to call someone up front.

My husband thinks a radio should be on our camping packing list but I've asked him to compromise and leave the radio for times when we're not so close to other vacationers. I love music but I also love to hear the sounds of nature when I'm camping. (He fell for a pop-up that had a radio/CD player built into it with speakers on the outside).

Other than that are you having fun?

Just tell someone. It isn't right to be playing the radio all night. We listen to ours some but it is very low so we sitting right there are the only ones who can really hear it and that is during the day.

Just curious why the comment about it being a Class C? Something wrong with that or would you have mentioned what it was beside you regardless of it being a travel trailer or Class A? Just curious. :confused3

I agree with the post that you shouldn't confront the offending people. I would go to the front desk and complain to the Cast Members. Disney charges too much for camp sites for you to not be able to enjoy them and if you don't approach the neighbors, they won't know it's you to retaliate while you are at the parks. And again, they might not realize it is too loud.

I agree, tell a CM and just let them take care of it. I play the radio sometimes while we camp, but never where it would disturb others and especially not at night, geez...thats just rude.

Just go over there and tell them if the music doesn't stop you'll burn the Class C to the ground. Just kidding. I would call CM as well that way nobody knows who complained.

taking a stab at the reason..maybe that it wasn't a pop-up where the music could be heard easier ??

I havent been able to get online to update.

It wasnt a popup. And, it was loud. I mean, really loud. I am sure that all of the campers in the area heard them.

However, they left yesterday! :cool1:

All is quiet now.

I'm down working on the Gulf Coast and living in my camper. I had neighbors so rude I finally left the campground because the managers wouldn't do anything about my loud drunk neighbors....they would wake me up at all hours of the night fighting and cussing....glad your rowdy neighbors left...I would have def. gone to talk to a CM....and I think the others were right...don't ever confront people like that on your own...store that one for future camping trips!! Happy Camping and Pixie Dust Dreams!!
