ARGH!!! *scratch*

I get itchy feet, but it's stress related and the itching makes me insane and it only bothers me at night. I've tried creams, salves, pills, etc.

The only thing that works for me is ice. I get one of the those pads that you put in the freezer and just lay it on the itchy part until it quits itching. DH thinks I'm crazy, but it's the only thing that works for me.

::yes::

- In some instances ice helps me too
- sometimes a coldwater bath
- a hot water bath actually helps sometimes too

- hives are wierd that way :confused3

I'll see if I can pick up some gold bond and try it, thanks.

I have been tested for allergies and have all sorts, but none caused hives like this and when the benadryl and other antihistamines seem to make it worse, what can you do?

I've found that, too, Cheshire. They're much worse when I get stressed or too hot. I think it partially has to do with blood pressure maybe. I've got what's called a "chillo pillow", which is a cooling-pad that doesn't need to be put in the freezer. That helps sometimes too.
