I am planning a quickie trip to the World from October 8 through the 13th (Columbus Day). This is a spur of the moment thing so needless to say, I have been scrambling! I checked airfare yesterday and found a flight on Delta for $201 RT - not a great rate, but doable with flight times that weren't horrible.
Well, needless to say, I didn't purchase the airfare yesterday. Soooo, today I check and the same flights are now $279 RT
with the return flight being nearly sold out, I am not hopeful that the price will come down at all. I can get the $201 RT if we wanted to fly back at 6:00 am on Monday... hmmm, not too excited about that.
So, should I wait and hope that rates come down or bite the bullet and pay $279 RT.
I would hate to wait only to have to pay $279 RT AND get crummy flight times. This can be sooooo frustrating
