I had the Poolside Lemonade at the pool bar at BWV a few weeks ago, and I loved it! Good choice!

Yeah, I think it is one of those standard drinks on all the menus. It's not something I would usually order since I like the fruitier ones. Problem is, when I get those drinks I just slurp them down right away!! This was tart so it forced me to actually take my time LOL!

Great reviews so far!!! Ohana's was one of our favorite meals this past trip!! We loved, loved, loved it!!! We had a lapu lapu (sp??) before dinner and it was delish too!!! I'm with you on the bread pudding - the BEST ever!!! But all of the food is great, so it's hard to save room. But we did, and ended up eating 3 platefulls of the bread pudding between DH and I Boma is another one of our favorites!! We love their breakfast and dinner!! And Pina Colava's are to die for!!!!

Last year i tried the lapu lapu and it was OK, very strong. I want to try something else this time and i certainly don't want to waste $10 bucks on a bad drink. I am pretty certain the pina colava is in my future. I am still a little iffy on the peach flavor, love peaches but not crazy about peach "flavored" stuff.

No problem! Yeah, ITA w/you on the Lapu Lapu. Yeah, I cannot handle strong drinks - I'm a wuss. I don't know how my freshman year at college I did shots of straight vodka NEVER AGAIN. ANYWAY, my point is, we seem to have similar tastes so I'd recommend any drink you see me post in here with positive reviews LOL!

So in our attempt to drink around the World Showcase, we tried the Mango Margarita from Mexico. It was delicious! It was pretty big but we each got our own to start out before heading to the other countries.

We didn't get another drink again until Germany, which was the Liebfraumilch white wine. It was delicious but I forgot to take a photo since my other hand was being occupied by a yummy pretzel!

We then all got the Plum wine from Japan. The people in line ahead of us were raving about it and told us we just had to get it. We saw how small the cups were so we each ordered our own.

It was very sweet, but after about 5 sips it was TOO sweet. So this is what happened...

Sorry this is such a small update. I came home for the weekend and was too busy to do a real one. I'll make up for it later!

It was great, tasted like a mango smoothie. Couldn't taste any tequila, though.

So on March 21st we decided to have a pool day and go to DTD for dinner. Well actually I decided to go to DTD months earlier when I booked an ADR at Raglan Road, but you know what I mean! I told Belle about Wolfgang Puck Express and she liked the idea of going for lunch. When we arrived there was no one there! We missed prime lunchtime by about an hour, so that’s probably why.

I ordered the famous mac & cheese with a Caesar salad and a diet Coke. Belle got water and some kind of roasted vegetable pizza. The pizza was pretty big and she wasn’t planning on eating the whole thing, but she did! I tried a piece of it and it was AMAZING. I will definitely get this when I go back.

My mac & cheese was good but REALLY greasy. Next time maybe I’ll ask for the grease on the side because it was seriously covered. It was good when I got pieces that weren’t like that. It was sticky and cheesy and that is my favorite kind of macaroni! My Caesar salad was actually better than the macaroni & cheese, so I would probably order that again, too.


~Overall, we both really enjoyed WPE. Despite my greasy macaroni I would definitely go back for the Caesar salad and that veggie pizza!

Ugh I know, right?! I love mac&cheese, too so I was kind of sad. Especially since I had heard so many rave reviews about it. You can pretty much see all the grease in that picture! Mmmmm I want that pizza right now, though!

I just found this dining report and I love it. I'm a vegetarian too, so I love seeing all the different veggie options. I didn't make an ADR at Ohana because I was afraid it would be only meat, but it looks like I was wrong! Did you call ahead and note that you were a vegetarian on your reservation, or did you just ask for a vegetarian entree when you got there? Thanks for the great reviews!!
