Oh wow, I think I'm going to have to give up for a while, I have my daughter to pick up from school, (I'm from the UK) so even if I get through now I can't hang on that long, I'll try later, I guess what will be will be!!

Today appears to be exponentially worse than yesterday, and I bet probably worse than tomorrow. Silver is likely the biggest group of Castaway Club members and first time cruisers probably aren't as tied to "opening day".
I'm hopeful our TA is getting through ok. I have to call in a few minutes with CC information, so we'll see if I get her.

Yep! I'm at 39 minutes currently, but I am grateful to at least be on hold. It was giving me a busy signal for the first 30 minutes this morning and I couldn't even get in!!

Is anyone else still just getting a busy signal, been trying for an hour and can't even get through to be on hold!!!

I had the same issue this morning. I just kept redialing and finally got through (which means I am still on hold!)

Was on hold with Costco for 1 hour 45 minutes and got disconnected. Called back and was told have to start over again.

I got through after about 2.5 hours. The CM was extremely helpful and nice. I don't know how they stay so nice and patient on days like this!

After 3 hours in total on hold, plus an hour just getting the busy tone, I have also got through, and the CM i spoke to was so lovely and helpful, plus we got what we wanted, so so happy, glad you got through also xx

Was on hold for 1.5 hours this morning then had to hang up. On hold this afternoon for a little over an hour before the CM answered. But it was worth the wait. We booked the same Spring Break week for 2019 as we did this year, and it was $1,000 less. Plus we got another 10% off using my placeholder reservation. Ready for the countdown clock!

Called on Wednesday, November 1st starting at 7am CDST/8am EDST and was on hold for 40 minutes. Had to leave for work. Called later during the day and got the busy signal. Called again when I got home from work around 5:50pm CDST/6:30pm EDST and was on hold for over an hour BUT I was able to make my reservations and got the category, deck, and room type I wanted.

On Wednesday you could have booked it online and not had to deal with the phone...
