Today is gold day...didn't even call in at 8am, waited until 9am...and 49 mins later still on hold!

We called right at 8am. On hold for approx. 20 mins.

Just hung up 1 hour total.....
It took 5 minutes for me.
Booked the Panama Canal, he said it was very popular, he had already made several reservations for it.

If I wasnt booking a panama canal, spring break or president's weekend...............I think I would call later in the day when the hold times were lower.

Yeah, we must have really talked up this year’s wbpc! And the 2019 one is going to Castaway Cay and Grand Cayman. As a Gold Castaway I got my fourth choice of categories. Not the fourth ROOM on my list - the fourth category!!!

I saw that the April 2018 PC cruise balcony is over $7,000, the October one is over $10,000 for a balcony for 2 people. SO these are some popular cruises.

That's what i did... just called in and was only hold less than 2 minutes to book my non spring break, PC, or pres weekend cruise *smile*.

The reservation agent I connected with couldn't get her computer to come up! She just took my phone number and said that she needs to reboot everything and will call me back in 10 minutes or so......
