my name is Louisa, i will be getting married at disney on dec23 2004, in order to have a wedding at diseny, we have to fulfil our room block requirement, which means that we need to book for 100 night of room.
however, as our guest count is getting lower, we are getting really hard time in fulfilling 100 rooms.
therefore,
we sincerelly hope that anyone here can help us out, all we need is -----
name on reservation, date, and confirmation number

what we will be doing is:
we will just need to send thse confirmation number to our disney wedding coordinator, they will not even look at it, all they care is how many nights my "guest" has booked, they won't even check if you are actually our guest, since they don't even know what is the name of our guests anyway.

I was wondering though, why the 100 room ressies? How does it affect your wedding plans if 100 rooms are not rented? Very interesting....

Is the 100 room thing because its over christmas?

actually, we have already 80 rooms already booked, all using AP discount or BAP, as our room rate is not as good as those discount code, it is only 20% off the rack rate
therefore, i only need few of you to help
the reason why we have blocked 100 room, is because we thought some guests must come, but at the end, for soem reason they can't, that's why we overblock the room

Which resorts apply to your room block? I'm staying at the Swan over Christmas, but I don't think this applies to your room block. If I had known a few days ago, I would have taken you up on your discount for that same timeframe.

Also, have you spoken to your event manager about the room block? What did he/she say about it?
