Since you can't get up to California Grill without an ADR, probably not.

If you went there, you'd have to be cleared by the 2nd floor desk to even get up to the restaurant. You could ask at the desk if they'd let you go up and carry dessert out.

You can always inquire, it probably depends on the CM working the host stand and how busy they are.
