How does it work if I have a reservation scheduled for an onsite stay in May, but now would like to move it September? I've also made a couple of payments on the trip as well.

You can try to modify it online, but there is an option to call as well.

I had a reservation recently that I wanted to change because I found a cheaper room. I just got online booked the new one first and then cancelled the original. They refunded me the money I had paid on it. Worked like a charm.
