are us residents allowed to purchase uk premium tickets

i just saw a web site that was selling 7 and 14 premium tickets in the uk.

these tickets were for considerably less then the tickets here in the united states.

can you purchase and use these tickets?

if you do get thim will you be asked to proove you live outside the united states?

If you are a DVC member I am sure you will get better value from an AP. We are from UK and would always get an PAP as you get lots of discounts etc.

Also you may take another trip during the year. I think the break even point without the discount is 8 days.
