Are these AP codes a flat rate off or a percentage?

I was lucky enough to get AP discounts for my 2 reservations this Nov/Dec, but as I do the math out it would seem that the discount isn't nearly as good as it has been in the past. Is it a flat rate off or a percentage off this time? If I did my math correctly, it would seem that it's only around 22% off for concierge rooms. Anybody know?

They seem to be the same as the email/postcard rates that went out a few weeks ago.

Those were flat dollar amounts off, I believe...$30, $60. $90 off for values, mods, deluxes.

The POP room I got this morning was $30 off rack rate.

When I booked WL the cm gave me a flat rate of $137 courtyard view. The rack rate is $250, so that's 45% off. What a deal!!
