Are there special menu's over Mother's Day weekend

We will be visiting during this time period and I am wondering specifically for Mother's Day of there are special menu's at dining establishements?? I am sure you will need to have ADR, just curious about the menu's!

We will be there over Mother's Day too and the only thing I am aware of from past years is a Mother's Day brunch at Epcot that you have to make an advance reservation for. I don't there is any info on it for this year yet.
