For those of us where AT&T is not an valid option, are there plans for a droid version of eTicket.

I would love a Droid Version of Eticket, but I think there's some contractual agreement with Apple that if an iPhone version of an app is released, a Droid version cannot be? :confused3 I think I remember reading that someplace.

Iggi - I'm not too sure about that I have Pandora for my Droid and my boyfriend has Pandora on his iPhone.

Hmmm...good point. I must have been given wrong info. Sorry about that!

There are no plans for an Android version of eTicket.

There is nothing in development.

Etcket will only be available on the iPhone.

I wish it was available for Palm!!!! There are 0 WDW apps in the Palm App Store!!!! :(

Coulda mentioned that on this thread where we've been asking for it for several months... :(

It is a shame.

As for development limitations, Apple did originally state that you couldn't develop an app using a development platform that wasn't specifically designed for the iPhone or something similar to that...or it couldn't be written in a pseudo-language that could be converted to multiple platforms - supposedly an attempt to cut off the latest Flash development system. I think they backed off from that...

Exactly why I switched to the Droid. (and I haven't look back since :thumbsup2)
I was a Palm user for over 10 years- I just didn't see their future being as bright as fast as the Droid.

Palm's been the zombie of the smartphone world - often declared dead, but keeps kickin'...trouble is no one can seem to decide on its future so it's tough to want to buy one now...

I think I still have my old Palm III somewhere...

I too was bummed that I couldn't get eTicket for my Droid, especially for my trip last month.

I have to say though... I downloaded WDWLines and it rocked. Super accurate line wait information as well as a chat board for last minute updates and info from and around the parks.
