Are there ever any general public codes for early Dec?

I'm in the early planning stages for our 2009 trip. . I can't decide when to go--either mid-September or early December. Of course, the big draw for Sept is the possibility of free dining--which we've done twice now in the past. But it's so darn hot then that Dec is looking very appealing too.

Are there ever discounts or codes offered to the general public for early or mid December? I know I'll never be lucky enough to get a "personal" 40% code, but would be thrilled with even 10% off, or deals on tickets or something.

There were general public codes last year for December, so there could be some again this year Actually there were some codes that came out in August for December stays, and then another round of codes came out in September for December stays (These specials have EXPIRED):
