Are there better days for certain parks?

We have a 4 day park pass which we will be using from Sunday, November 28-Wednesday, December 1st -- this is a couple weeks earlier than we normally go. I'm a little nervous about the "leftover" Thanksgiving crowds.

Any thoughts as to which parks to visit on what days? I've tried putting together my "plan" but am just coming up a blank. We'll be eating breakfast in our room each morning, and I'm not sure if we'll make the EE days, which I think are:
Sunday = MK
Monday = AK
Tuesday = MGM
Wednesday = EPCOT

Since EPCOT is open late each evening, I think we'll save that until after dinner and visit the others during the day. Other thoughts would we greatly welcome.
Thank you!!

as a general rule we don't go to the EE park as it tends to be quite busy with people coming to the park specifically for EE and then staying all day

we try and go to a park the day after it's EE day.

That's a GREAT website for selecting which days to visit the parks. I haven't seen that one before....will definitely bookmark it for future reference. A BIG thanks to you!!

If possible I would try to avoid MK on Sunday. We went on Sun and Wed and wed the crowds were noticably less.
