Are there any towncar services from the Orange county airport to the Grand Calif ?

I don't want to rent a car, but I don't want to take a shuttle that stops at every hotel on the way, either. I was very pleased with YOURRIDE in Orlando, but don't see advertisements for anything similar around Anaheim. We are a family of six. Any advice or recommendations? Thanks!

If you are staying at the Grand the Vacation Planning department can help set this up for you. You simply have to call them. I'm not sure of the number, but if you have a number for the reservations or the Grand they can find it for you.

I had a list but have tossed it out. I priced town cars from LAX to the Disneyland area and they were around 100.00 each way. Orange county airport is much closer, so the rates should be less. I'll see if I can find my old info. I think I posted it a while back on this board. I'll search for it.

About two years ago, we used a limo from Orange County to our Disney area hotel. We found that with 7 people it was only a few dollars more expensive than the shuttle! A large limo from Orange County Limo was about $100 at that time. I believe they had other vehicle choices as well. We had no problems with them and it was great to get the door to door service and cold beverages on the ride! Tip was not included.

I posted this very same questions this past March and the consensus was that the alternative to a shuttle would be a cab! I was told to be sure to ask for a flat rate, it shouldn't be more than $30-40 from SNA to DLR. I also use Yourride when I go to WDW so I know what you mean. It seems the Super Shuttle service is more efficient than Mears and that's why everyone uses them, they only carry 6 or 8 people or something like that and they fill up fast and come every 10 minutes. I was told the airport bus is also an option but it stops everywhere and only comes on the hour! I'm too impatient for that! I want to land, get to the hotel, check in and hit the parks! I'm going to try the cabs going to the hotel and maybe take the shuttle back to the airport (no real rush to leave, right, LOL!!) Good luck.
