Are there any ticket discounts for DVCers?

We have always bought the park hopper passes and have never thought about the length of stay passes. How do you find out about prices through DVC? Any ideas on saving money with the park tickets. We are going for 10 days in July and plan on going to parks 5 or 6 days, but if it was worth it we would go to parks every day for a little while.

Thanks

Here is a link to WDW Ticket Info here on the DIS. Be sure to deduct the 10% DVC discount when figuring and remember that you can drop the first or last (usually both if needed) to lower the number of days you'll really need.

Enjoy!

If you're going 10 days in July...are you going again within a year? If so, you might consider an annual pass.

If you are not planning to return in less than 1 year, you may also want to consider the 10 day World Pass from Paramount (online broker):

The 10 Day World Pass comes with a character breakfast and is essentially the same as a 10 Day Length of Stay Pass, but the days do not need to be used consecutively. It expires 20 days after the first use. Adult price is $335 plus shipping (tax is included).

For comparison purposes, an 8 Day/7 night Length of Stay Pass (assuming you drop first and last day of your 10 day stay) with the 10% DVC discount is $343.14 (tax included).

Enjoy your trip!

Question: We are going to BCV in March arriving late on a Sunday and leaving at checkout time on Friday, What is lowest number of days I can get for a UPH pass? We were just planning on getting a 4 day park hopper pass unless the DVC discount on UPH passes is a better deal. Do you only get the DVC discount on UPH passes?

The only DVC discount on park tickets is the 10% discount on UPH (Length of Stay) tickets.

Many DVC members report that the CM at check in allowed them to drop both the arrival and the departure day. In your case, that means you could purchase the 4 Day/3night UPH ticket. DIS lists that price as $231.08. With the 10% discount, it will be $207.97. Both prices are for adult admission and include tax. A 4 Day Park Hopper (advance purchase, including tax) is $203.52, but does not include any admission to PI, waterparks, WWOS or Disney Quest.

Does the Park Hopper and UPH pass include unlimited entry to the water parks?

Regular Park Hopper does not include any admission to the water parks.

A Park Hopper Plus would include a limited number of admissions to the water parks (depending on the number of plusses).

An Ultimate Park Hopper (Lenght of Stay) would include unlimited admission to the water parks.
