Yes there are big plans for some type of combination store/dining place. I think it will offer both eat-in and take-out options. I believe there was an article in a recent VM or Clubhouse. I'll see if I can find something.

Artists Pallete sounds great! That is much more to our liking, and it sounds like there will be variety. If we are looking for one special night out - we can always head over to DTD and find something.
