Are there any hidden perks for Concierge Suites?

I believe that the free coffees are only on the Wonder how that all the other ships have concierge lounges.

Also, not everyone will get a phone call. It's a good idea to send an email BEFORE the 120 day point so they can schedule all your requests. You can start emailing at 125 days.

Is the email published anywhere? I'm not in concierge yet, but my fingers are crossed it's still open on Wednesday when I can upgrade. :)

When we sailed the Dream a few years ago one of the concierge staff discovered that my dh loved a specialty cocktail that he made. After that the staff member would make my dh one promptly whenever he saw my dh arrive in the lounge. My dh tipped him well at the end of the cruise. I wish I remembered the name of that cocktail because it was really good.

Good point, I deleted my question. Perhaps you can edit your post to remove my question. Thanks Phinz.

We got a few more unexpected extras, for example after my nephew mentioned to a concierge that we were headed for the arcade. Some of the practical benefits, like being escorted past the lines, are definitely nice. However, what surprised me the most was how we ended up spending far more time in the concierge areas than I would have even thought of. We'd naturally use those as a base and then only leave when there was something specific that someone wanted to do. That made the experience completely different from our non-concierge cruises and it is the reason I booked concierge again for our next trip on the Fantasy. Another really big, unexpected plus for us was how nice it was to be able to leave the MDR early and have dessert in the peace and quiet of the concierge lounge: we did that every night after we got the idea.

Then again, I've seen posts from other families who felt that the added cost was completely wasted because they didn't use the concierge areas at all. I guess you'll just have to try it and see if it is as addictive to you as it was to us.

Has anyone asked for other types of soda to be put into their cabins?
And do they have Baileys in the lounge? 8-)
Yes, the had Bailey's when we were there in May. If you don't see it just ask and they will get it for you.
Not really a "hidden perk" but the stateroom hostess left us a bottle of wine and 2 wines glasses and a nice card since it was my B'day.

What a great idea! How did you get that to work?

Combine this with dessert ...... oh my! :-)

Exactly :). Here's a photo of part of my family enjoying dessert in the lounge. The MDR is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but I think the photo tells the difference better than I can express in words.

So do you simply mention this to the concierge staff and they have your requested dessert in the lounge at a certain time?
