Are there any FSBO sites for DVC resales ??

Hi,

Are there any FSBO (For Sale by Owner) websites for Disney Vacation Club Resales ?? We are considering selling our package at OKW and would like to save some money by selling direct.

Any ideas ??

is the only I know about. before you place an ad - look at their want ads.

but selling DVC through a resale is a lot easier (DVC has a lot of forms that other timeshares don't seem to have???) and they will get you a good price.

Do not use any broker that asks for a up front listing fee. Think Florida law prohibits charging a fee to list, but that is not true in all states.
The Timeshare Users Group, referred to above is a good place to list and not pay a broker. Brokers also list on the site. Go to:
' www.tug2.net/ ' and click on 'Classified Ads' button. There is info on how to buy and sell timeshares (click on the Advice button).

You can also list for free at www.timeshare.com. Bidshares and Merrygo round have some specials with free listings and relatively small fees if you sell. Good luck.
