Are the Dream and Fantasy practically identical?

We'll be staying in room 9666 on the Fantasy. Info I see on the deck plans for this room for both the Fantasy and Dream indicates they have a solid whitewall verandah. I found a YouTube video of room 9668 on the Dream which showed only the lower portion as solid, with a couple of panes of plexiglass, making it possible to see the sights while sitting. From the video I could see that it would be the same for the verandah of room 9666. Just curious if I can rely on this being the same on the Fantasy. Thanks.

Yes the verandah will be the same. I have stayed in this category and the solid wall only comes up to about shin height so it does not restrict your view at all.

The "white wall" verandahs on the Dream class ships is only about shin high. Unlike the white wall verandahs on the Magic class ships, where it extends the full height below the rail.

Yes, they would be the same on the Dream & Fantasy.
