Of these 3, we have only eaten at Crystal Palace. We really liked the buffet there. We are going to try CM and 1900 Park on our next trip. Are the menu items on the CM and 1900 Park dinner buffets similar to that at CP? If not, which one do you like best? Thanks.

We've done & love them all (for dinner). My dad thinks that Crystal Palace is above and beyond, and that Chef Mickey's is crud :rotfl:. I think they're pretty similar, but I don't go for the carving station, so I basically eat the same thing at every buffet.

We did not like Chef Mickey''s for dinner. We LOVE 1900 park fare. I have only done breakfast at Crystal palace. We are going next week and I have an ADR for CP Dinner. Looking to switch to breakfast.

I love CP and think they have a great buffet. We also like 1900. Its differnt - with different items, but we thinks its good. Others don't always agree (its gotten some bad reviews here). We did not like Chef Mickeys dinner AT ALL. We won't go back for dinner. Breakfast is better but not great. We prefer to see Mickey at Tusker House aned Ohana breakfasts

We have done dinner at all three and I would say they are very different. Our favorite (by a mile) is 1900 Park Fare. The carving station keeps DH happy and I love the chicken marsala, in addition they have a couple chinese dishes that are always great - wide variety of food and an awesome dessert bar!!! Chef Mickeys seems to have fewer choices but still good food, carved meats, fish and chicken selection, peel and eat shrimp and salads. Chef Mickeys also has a great dessert bar - and if you like sundaes it is a lot of fun but there are other dessert items also. Crystal Palace is our least favorite dinner actually we will not go back. The options were exotic (which isn't bad if they mix in a few things that are more tame) and very spicy. The dessert bar was very small and crowded and did not have may options. Hope this helps!!!
