Are the 1BR's at Vero in the lodge?

I still cant decide if I want to go with the Ocean view Inn room or the 1BR at Vero -

My latest comparision is for where the 1BR are - are the all in the Inn??

Hmmmm...... I'm not sure that would be a big factor for me, other factors would be ......
Washer and Dryer
Jacuzzi Bath
Full kitchen
Plenty of room
King size bed
Room service if desired
Both have covered parking
Both may be about equal distance to pool and beach
Both have elevator access

Inn room has ocean view, 1 bedroom it is unlikely.......

NO, there are NO 1bdrms in the inn at all. Just the inn rooms.

All the 1 and 2 bdrms and studios are in the outer bldng's and the beach cottages are their own free standing bldng's.

I'd decide by if you're looking for the extra's the 1bdrm will get you vs. the view you'll get with the Ocean view Inn room. FWIW, we just stayed at Vero for a week the beginning of May and had a 1bdrm in villa #14 and had top floor and a head on view of the ocean through the living room window and it was awesome. Of course you cannot guarantee that you'll get that view but you could always request a top floor and hope for the best. Even if you don't end up with the ocean view you'll still get the extra ammenities if the extras the 1bdrm will give you will be worth it to you.

If you plan to spend time on the beach or if you have children I would go with the 1 bedroom, the convience of the washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus with the sand. not to mention if you have bad weather and have to spend time in the room, its nice to have the extra space that a 1 bedroom provides.

Ditto to all of the above. Also, Inn rooms facing the ocean are in short supply. The north end of the end is still covered in scaffolding on the beach side, & the roof repairs are still in progress on that part.

We also stayed on the 3rd floor of Villa # 14 & had a great view. The only thing that would have been better is if that @!&(#% Grand Villa was not in front of us.
