Are online dining reservations down?

I thought online dining reservations opened at 6am EST? Before even searching I have a red message saying "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time." Is the system down or do I have the time wrong? Do they open for calls at 7am?

It would appear some people are able to make reservations tho as the times just keep disappearing. Had so many choices for BOG and now there are none...

When I try to book anything it just keeps looping back and never goes to the confirm reservation screen.

Hmm not sure. I just booked a dinner ADR and going through all of the steps, I had no issues. Hope it works out for you!

Me too. Guess I got up at 4 am for nothing. Two of my restaurants that I wanted are now completely gone for the days I needed. I know I can keep checking obsessively for the next six months and may get lucky but what a let down.

I have logged out and back in, tried a different browser, tried using the app, and still says unable to search at this time when I try to click on the available times. I took a vacation day from work to be able to get my adr's

Yeah I have done the same - tried logging out, tried on safari and chrome and tried using the app. And the times just keep disappearing...

In my frustration I have been playing around with the dates and the only day it will let me book is check in day. This is frustrating and disappointing beyond words

They aren't down, it just appears that April 18 is the 180 days out. The others haven't opened up yet

Yeah ok just tried that too and yes I can get a reservation for dinner on the 18th. Too bad we won't be arriving until after 8 pm to the hotel!!!

I should be able to book 180 days from check in plus 10 days because I am staying on property.
