Are Mechanical Kingdoms figures still available in the parks?

Just wondering if anyone might know if the big "Mechanical Kingdom" Steam Punk figures are still available in the parks? I was hoping to get a Mickey Mouse Horseless Carriage for a Christmas gift. They were previously available in the Disney Parks section of disneystore.com, but it looks like they're all sold out now.

I wasn't sure if anyone would know if they're still available in a park, and I could order it via the mail order service or one of the disney shoppers.
