Are masks required on buses/boats?

Leaving Saturday and just realized I don't know the mask policy for the buses or boats. Does anybody know the official policy?

My guess is masks are optional since it is an open boat with no windows

Didn't ride the bus, but took the boat from SF to Citywalk.

No masks were required on the boat. The boats are also being loaded to full capacity, and you may have to sit with another party.

Having ridden both in the last week they are not required on either.
