Are Icee machine included in refillable mugs at Pop?

We have never stayed at the Pop and will be there the first week of Aug. We have stayed at all the All Stars and really like them. They did not have Icee machines that I was aware of. I just wanted to know if that is included with the drinks you can get with your mugs? My kids love Icees!

yep that is part of the mug deal. when we were there in jan they had coke and blue raspberry!!! ds loved the BR kind and i who am not a (no flames) coke fan actually enjoyed the frozen coke. (sorry just a pepsi girl)

And apply juice too is now on the beverage center at Pop. This is a great addition, especially for breakfast choices. Not sure about other resorts adding this, but glad to see it added at Pop. (It was not there in October 2004, but was there in May 2005.)

This was the selling point my DH gave my sister to get her to agree to come along with us!!! LOL!! How hilarious is it that a 32 year old woman is more excited about the free icees than going to WDW???

They are definately at POP but when we were there 3 weeks ago they were usually only working in the morning. Hopefully they will have them fixed before you go and before we go back in september.

I believe they only have them at the Pop food court. They use to have them at Dixie Landing (POR), but thought they were gone. If they have recently added them to other food courts, maybe someone will post. As far as I know it's one of the Pop perks now.

This made my DS7's day!!!! He's getting a refillable mug because he will only drink juice & ICEE and the rest of us are water people - figure the refillable mug will be the way to go and keep him hydrated between meals - fill it up before we head to the parks and on our way back to the room

When & IF the machine is working, it is included. We just got back from POP & the machine was only working the first 2 days. The blue stopped working on the third morning & the coke wasn't working by that night. They were closed for the rest of our trip. Milk is not included at POP but it was at ASMo when we were there 12/04.

I have read on the boards that they are only at POP & CR... You may have to do a search to find the thread, but that's what I remember.

Two weeks ago only one machine was working and the other one took forever for the coke to freeze due to the demand on it.

I'm sure my DD will be excited to hear about the Icee machines at Pop.We'll be there next week for a split stay. Makes sense about them only working part time or in the a.m. ....it does take a while to freeze up & with all the people there trying to use the machines during the day I could understand how the they can't keep up. We'll just have to get to 'em early.

It would make more sense for them to install more than one machine to accommodate demand. What are they going to do when the 30s & 40s rooms are open & there will be over 6000 rooms at POP?
