Are DVC groceries (delivered) same as at DVC store?

We are staying at OKW. Is the DVC Grocery Delivery service prety much the same stuff as I could just get at the OKW store? Are the prices about the same? We only have a studio and need a few things--so, if it iw the same, I'll just wait.
Some items I was interested in:
Beef and Bean Burrito
Ravioli
Sliced VA Ham

They are the exact same items, they are just delivered to your room by someone from the OKW General Store. Personally, I'd rather just grab the items myself after I check-in, that way I can have my choice of the cold-cuts. As with any brand, some packages are a little "better" than others, just like choosing bacon.
